Firm Responsibilities

Mr. Randisi is the partner in charge of the Litigation and Valuation Consulting group at Holtz Rubenstein Reminick LLP.

Relevant Experience

Mr. Randisi has been a CPA for over 30 years. His experience is unique in that he has significant experience in both public and private and intuitively understands business operations and internal controls. He began his professional career as an auditor and management consultant at an international accounting firm. He has held various executive positions in operations, finance, planning, and sales that resulted in a successful public offering and eventual sale. He was also an owner/operator in his family’s real estate business. His industry experience is very strong in manufacturing, retail, wholesale, professional organizations, and real estate.

Mr. Randisi was one of the first CPAs to begin doing forensic accounting and is a pioneer in discovery techniques and analysis of internal control systems that result in successful and meaningful business valuations and computations of economic damages. With over 2,000 forensic investigations, Mr. Randisi has critical insight to assess the litigation problem and implement resolutions. He has significant trial experience in both federal and state courts, depositions and arbitrations.

Professional Activities

Mr. Randisi holds the ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser) designation of the American Society of Appraisers. He also is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA), where he served on numerous committees as a member and chair, including the NYSSCPA Litigation Support Committee and the Committee for Cooperation with the Bar.

In addition Mr. Randisi is a member of the American Society of Appraisers, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers’ Interdisciplinary Accountants and Appraisers Committee, and the National Association of Business Economists.

Education

Mr. Randisi earned a BBA degree in management from St. Francis College and an MBA from Adelphi University.
