HOLTZ RUBENSTEIN REMINICK WINS WORKPLACE AWARD

January 11, 2008 - - Holtz Rubenstein Reminick has won the esteemed Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award from the New York State Psychological Association ("NYSPA").

This prestigious award recognizes organizations that make a commitment to programs and policies that foster employee health and well-being, while enhancing organizational productivity. A panel of judges from the NYSPA selected Holtz Rubenstein Reminick for first place in New York State in the "for profit" category. The firm was evaluated in the following areas: employee involvement, work-life balance, employee growth and development, health and safety and employee recognition.

The awards process entailed an in-depth review of the firm's practices and policies, employee surveys, direct interviews with employees and firm leadership, and a field trip to the firm by senior members of the NYSPA. Now that it's won on the state level, Holtz Rubenstein Reminick will compete for the national honor, to be decided later this year.
